Locals to join Golden in support of efforts following recent string of credit card fraud
Brooklyn – State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, 22nd District), a member of the Senate Banks Committee, will be joined by merchant leaders, including Robert Howe, President of the Third Avenue Merchants, at a press conference this Friday, March 21, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at the Law Offices of Robert Howe, 251-86th Street, to announce legislative efforts calling for credit cards issued to New York State residents to be equipped with smart chip technology.
Senator Golden will also make comments regarding the recent rash of credit card and debit card fraud which has impacted a significant number of local residents.
