Albany – State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn) has sent a letter to New York State Parole Board Chairwoman Tina Stanford calling for parole to be denied to Eddie Matos and Barrington Young, two criminals convicted of killing NYPD officers Anthony Dwyer and Harry Ryman.
In his letter, Golden wrote, “These criminals are exceptionally dangerous to society because they simply have no regard for humanity. They need to be accountable for their actions in killing a law enforcement officer.”
