Ritchie Helps Dedicate Bjork Park

State Senator Patty Ritchie joined community members and local leaders Saturday at the dedication Robert Bjork Park on the shore of the Oswegatchie River in the city of Ogdensburg.

At the event, Senator Ritchie spoke about how the park shows how one individual, like Bob Bjork, can make a difference in his community.
