“Agriculture has long been a staple industry for the Southern Tier. I was happy to support this program during the State Budget process because it will provide greater economic opportunities for our community. I strongly encourage local farmers who are interested in growing their operations to take advantage of this funding and work with their respective Soil and Water Conservation District to submit an application before the January deadline,” said Senator Catharine Young (R,C,I- Olean).
