State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting students from Birchwood Elementary School of Niskayuna on Oct. 21st when they came to Albany to tour the Capitol. Senator Farley discussed New York State history and government with Mrs. Cappiello class.
