Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) and Legislator Rich Nicolello were in Albertson recently to view the progress of the community streetscape project along Willis Avenue.  The project, which was made possible by state and county funding secured by Senator Martins and Legislator Nicolello and developed in cooperation with the Albertson Square Civic Association, will enhance the Albertson community and improve the quality of life for residents.

A new Albertson clock tower and "Welcome to Albertson" sign have already been installed at the north end of Willis Avenue near the Northern State Parkway. New benches, decorative banners, and trash receptacles were also placed along Willis Avenue.  An additional "Welcome to Albertson" sign and community kiosk will also be installed on the southern portion of Willis Avenue.
