THE BRONX - State Senator Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester), Deputy Chief of Staff Dana Carotenuto, Executive Director of District Operations Katharine Pichardo-Erskine and District Representative Nicholas Circharo, were presented with the Legislative Team Award for their outstanding accomplishments in state government at CEC 11’s 9th annual legislative breakfast on Friday.
