(Bronx, NY)- Senator Serrano celebrated the 2015 Bronx LGBT Pride Festival and Health Fair in Crotona Park. The event was organized by the Bronx Community Pride Center, which provides much-needed services and programming for LGBT individuals in the borough of the Bronx. The Senator provided a Proclamation to the organization's honorees during their Bronx LGBT Pride Awards Dinner. 

"The Bronx Pride Community Center has had a huge positive impact, not only on the LGBT community, but on the Bronx as a whole," said Senator Serrano. "By encouraging acceptance, diversity and civil rights advocacy, it has become an exemplary organization that provides a strong support network for many of our friends, family members, and neighbors."
