Albany, NY)- Senator Serrano, Ranking Member on the Senate Committee on Cultural Affairs, Tourism, Parks & Recreation, celebrated "Adirondack Day" in Albany. The Senator joined his colleague, Senator Betty Little, in helping promote tourism and encouraging everyone to explore the Adirondacks and all the parks and historic sites New York State has to offer.
"There were lots of great exhibits and information promoting the amazing natural wonders we have so close to home. New York State has so much to offer in terms of our parks and historic sites. Not only do they provide our State with a sound source of revenue, but they also help to improve our quality of life through the enriching programs and recreational opportunities they provide. I encourage everyone to visit the Adirondacks and our many great State Parks," said Senator Serrano.
