Senator Serrano Celebrates Sedgwick Houses Family Day

(Bronx, NY)- Senator Serrano joined Sedgwick Houses Tenant Association President, Lucille White, New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) officials, the New York Police Department (NYPD), residents, and elected officials at the Sedgwick Houses Family Day Celebration. Residents were also excited because the Senator, Council Member Vanessa L. Gibson, and Assembly Member Latoya Joyner announced the installation of 56 security cameras.
"I had a wonderful time at the Sedgwick Houses Family Day Celebration," said Senator Serrano. "Family Day Celebrations are a great way to strengthen communities and allow residents to get to know each other and the staff that works at their building. I had a great time speaking with all the residents and participating in all the fun activities."
