(New York, NY)- Senator Serrano commended New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on the launch of  "One New York: The Plan for a Strong and Just City" (OneNYC), a comprehensive plan for a sustainable and resilient city for all New Yorkers that addresses the profound social, economic, and environmental challenges ahead. OneNYC broadens prior long-term sustainability plans for New York City and expands on the critical targets established under previous plans.
