The New  York  City Department of Finance has scheduled two Notice of Property Value public workshops in Brooklyn.  

This is a good opportunity to meet and discuss with Department of Finance representatives concerns such as your property's market and assessed values;  learn how to dispute your property's assessed value; or learn more about tax benefits and how to apply for them.

The workshops will be held at the following dates and locations in Brooklyn:

-February 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 345 Adams street, 7th floor training room, Brooklyn, NY

-February 18th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Borough Hall, 209 Joralemon Street, courtroom, Brooklyn, NY (Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams, co-sponsor).
