In response to my letter of September 16th to Christopher Booth, President and CEO of  Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield, I met earlier today with Mr. Booth to discuss the company's response to the cyber security breach that occurred in September of this year. 

Mr. Booth and I discussed my very serious concerns and questions regarding the breach.   Attached please find a copy of Mr. Booth’s response to my correspondence.  You can be assured that I will continue my efforts to ensure that all subscribers affected by this breach are protected and I will continue to push for future protections for Excellus subscribers.
