Event to Take Place May 21^st in Ogdensburg 

State Senator Patty Ritchie is encouraging those looking for work, or seeking a career change to attend her 2015 St. Lawrence County Job Fair, which will take place in Ogdensburg on May 21^st. 

“From jobs in the medical field to positions with local nonprofits, for the past couple months I’ve been working to recruit employers that are looking for talented individuals who are ready to get to work right away,” said Senator Ritchie. 

“The goal of my annual Job Fair is not only to help people throughout our region find jobs, but also to give people opportunities to meet face to face with employers, which will help them to better hone their interview skills and make landing their next job that much easier.”

The free event will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Ogdensburg’s Oddfellows Hall, located at the corner of Route 37 and Linden Street in Ogdensburg.  Senator Ritchie invites those who plan on attending to save time and pre-register here.  In addition, job seekers are encouraged to “dress for success” and come with resumes in hand.
