Oswego County’s Joanne Gardner Honored by Senator Ritchie at State Capitol

As part of New York State Senior Citizens’ Day, State Senator Patty Ritchie recently recognized Oswego County resident Joanne Gardner for her contributions to her community.
Joanne was honored earlier this month for her volunteerism at a special celebration taking place at the State Capitol. Sponsored by the New York State Office for the Aging, the annual event is part of National Older Americans Month, and aims to recognize senior citizens from across the state who make giving back to their communities a priority in their daily lives.
