Senator Sue Serino (R—Hyde Park) traveled to Albany today to be officially sworn into office and to take part in her first Legislative Session as a New York State Senator.
“As I told our communities last week, I am anxious to hit the ground running here in Albany to ensure that our message of cutting taxes, creating jobs and bringing real results home to the 41st Senate district goes beyond rhetoric to become a reality,” said Senator Serino. “I want New York to become a place where people want to live, not one they want to leave and this is where we can make that happen.”
The Honorable Jonathon Lippman, Chief Judge of the State of New York, administered her Oath of Office.
