Statement on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s 2016-17 Executive Budget Proposal and State of the State Address

Governor Cuomo today  proposed a bold and ambitious agenda that creates jobs, lowers taxes, supports our families in times of need, and moves to restore public trust in government. I look forward to working closely with the Governor as we continue our progress in moving Central New York and the entire State forward.
