Hooked on North Country Fishing: Ritchie Congratulates Winners of 6th Annual Sandbar Classic

State Senator Patty Ritchie congratulated anglers recently who took home top prizes in the annual Sandbar Classic Fishing Derby, hosted by the City Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Department.
The event, which is now in its 6th year, was part of the Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival.
