State Senator Patty Ritchie met recently with Dr. Ann Marie Sullivan, Commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health in Albany to discuss community mental health needs in Central and Northern New York. 

During their meeting, Senator Ritchie and Dr. Sullivan also discussed strengthening and protecting the mission of the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center in Ogdensburg, a major employer and vital service provider in the North Country.
