State Senator Patty Ritchie joined other local leaders Thursday to cut the ribbon on Jefferson Community College’s new John W. Deans Collaborative Learning Center.

The center—which opened earlier this month—encompasses 41,000 square feet and includes spaces for students to collaborate, as well as a library, veteran services and more.
