RITCHIE WELCOMES BISHOP TERRY LAVALLEY TO STATE CAPITOL

State Senator Patty Ritchie welcomed Roman Catholic Diocese of Ogdensburg’s Bishop Terry LaValley to the State Capitol this week. 

Encompassing more than 12,000 square miles, the Diocese of Ogdensbug contains more than 100 parishes.
