Queens, NY – Today, State Senator Tony Avella presented a New York State Proclamation to Yoon Ji Kim, Director of Social Services, MinKwon Center for Community Action in recognition of their 32^nd Anniversary.

“It is with great pride that I present a New York State Proclamation to an organization that, for 32 years, has focused on the promotion of civil rights, civic participation, community organizing and advocacy, social services, culture, and youth empowerment,” said Senator Avella.
