
Senator Elaine Phillips Visits Elmont Union Free School District

Senator Elaine Phillips (R – Manhasset) recently visited the Elmont Union Free School District to meet with faculty, staff, and kids to learn about the summer enrichment program offered by the school. The three-week program provides numerous learning opportunities for 900 students including a Model United Nations, art, music, science and fitness activities.
“The summer enrichment program is a terrific way to ensure our children continue their love of learning throughout the summer months,” said Senator Phillips. “It was a wonderful opportunity to meet with educators and understand how they are preparing our youth to face the challenges of tomorrow.”
