Senator Elaine Phillips (R-7th Senate District) recently welcomed Ambassador Dani Dayan, Consul General of Israel in New York, to the State Capitol. 

Senator Phillips and her Senate colleagues invited Ambassador Dayan to Albany as part of the Senate’s commemoration of the 69th anniversary of Yom HaAtzmaut, Israeli Independence Day.
