State Senator Patty Ritchie met with the Oswego County Youth Bureau during the group’s recent trip to the State Capitol.

During their visit, the group talked with Senator Ritchie about programs the Youth Bureau offers, including those that help empower youth to become responsible, involved members of their communities.
