The month of September is Hunger Action Month - bringing people together to support local food banks to fight hunger. In recognition, I joined Foodlink, Senator Rich Funke and Assemblyman Harry Bronson to help highlight the importance of this initiative and the incredible work of Foodlink. I have been pleased to work with Foodlink and support many of their programs throughout my tenure in the state Senate, and look forward to continuing to work with them to fight hunger in our community.
