Senator Skoufis Tours Kaplan Career Academy

Senator James Skoufis (D-Hudson Valley) toured the Kaplan Career Academy in New Windsor. The Academy serves special education children from Orange and the surrounding counties. Senator Skoufis and school officials discussed the importance of funding for these types of programs to ensure that all students have a place to learn.
