An exciting day for the Veterans Outreach Center of Rochester and our local veterans community as we opened the newly renovated Otto's House in the city of Rochester. Otto's House is part of VOC's homeless and transitional living programs for veterans in Rochester, providing them with temporary housing. Our veterans have sacrificed for our country and answered the call every time our liberties and freedoms were tested, it is only right that we help take care of them when they return home.
