Paul was just with me at an event for People to People, unloading crates of food for the needy. That’s the kind of man Paul was, always giving back. I am in complete shock. Paul swore me into the Senate last year, and we’ve been partners in supporting organ donation for years. He’s always been there for me, and I don’t think you can find a more caring and dedicated public official. I join so many in Rockland heartbroken over his passing.
