Renovations that have been ongoing at 88-08 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, where State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. has his Rockaway office, are nearing completion. Addabbo hopes to be back in the building by mid-July.

Addabbo’s Rockaway site is where he meets with his constituents and handles matters that pertain to the Peninsula. The office has been closed since March due to major renovations and the current Coronavirus pandemic.

“The timing of my Rockaway office closure due to renovations coincided with the virus,” Addabbo said. “While we will be staying in the same building, we will be in a new office once things open up. I am excited to get back into the space and to continue to serve the Rockaway community this summer.”

While the Rockaway office is closed for in-person appointments, all phone calls made to the office at 718-318-0702, have been and will continue to be forwarded to the Howard Beach office until Addabbo and his team are back up and running on the Peninsula.

The Senator’s two other offices in Howard Beach and Middle Village, are open and operating at reduced hours — from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — during the Coronavirus pandemic, with staff on staggered schedules in order to keep them safe. The Howard Beach office can be reached at 718-738-1111, and the Middle Village office’s number is 718-497-1630. For all three district offices, there is also a 24/7 live operator to take calls at any other time.
