Advocating for upstate roads and bridges at the Transportation Budget hearing earlier this week. We need to improve and invest in our aging infrastructure to ensure that our roads and bridges are safe for commuters. As Ranking Member of the Senate Transportation Committee, I will continue to fight for parity with the downstate MTA and for critically needed funding for upstate's transportation needs.
