SENATOR HOYLMAN’S STATEMENT ON THE SHOOTING IN TIMES SQUARE
“I’m currently at the scene of the brazen act of gun violence in broad day light in Times Square. Thankfully, the victims, including a toddler, are in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital, but it could have been deadly. My heart goes out to the victims and their families. I greatly appreciate the rapid response by the NYPD and other first responders. This latest outrage is a stark reminder of the work immediately necessary to crack down on guns and gun trafficking in our city.”
