New York Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt today penned a letter to Assembly Judiciary Committee Chair Charles Lavine, urging him to make public the findings of the Committee’s impeachment investigation following its abrupt conclusion announced by Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie.

“I write to request that as the Chair of the Assembly Judiciary Committee and lead of the impeachment investigation into Governor Andrew Cuomo, you immediately publish the Judiciary Committee’s findings of such investigation,” wrote Leader Ortt.
