Senator Jim Tedisco presented the NYS Senate Empire Award to Russell's Deli in Ballston Spa, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary.  The NYS Senate Empire Award is the Senate's highest honor for small businesses.  Pictured  (l to r) is Ballston Spa Mayor Frank Rossi, Jr., Russell's Deli owner Russell Shapiro and Senator Jim Tedisco.
