The passage of this legislation will ensure that stakeholders and underserved communities in my district, who stand to benefit from any future gaming compact agreement between New York State and the Seneca Nation, will continue to thrive. 

I am proud to have delivered this funding source to the entities outlined in this legislation, and I want to thank my colleague Assemblyman Morinello for carrying it in the Assembly.
