Tedisco Honors 102-Year-Old Niskayuna Woman

Nisakyuna, NY--Senator Jim Tedisco helped celebrate the 102nd birthday of Esfir Dolginova of Niskayuna and honored her with a New York State Senate citation.
Esfir emigrated to the United States with her husband and family from Russia in 1993. She survived the brutal siege of Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) during World War II, which is considered to be the longest military siege in history.
She was married for 75 years and has two daughters, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
