“This verdict today in favor of the St. Clare’s Pensioners might be called a Christmas miracle but at the same time it is totally valid and appropriate! God bless the pensioners and special thanks to Mary Hartshorne for her steadfast leadership and to all the pensioners who fought so hard for this first victory in getting justice.  Now, the agreed upon money that should be forthcoming to help must be released without haste. I urge the Court to expedite this and for those found responsible to do right by the pensioners and finally make them whole.”
