(BRIGHTON, NY) - This week, Senator Jeremy Cooney (D-Rochester) awarded Barrington Residential with a NYS Empire Award, honoring the family-owned business as they celebrate their 44th anniversary. Barrington Residential is one of the largest family-owned Multifamily Operators in upstate New York, under the leadership of their president, Vinod Luthra. Mr. Luthra is proud of his AAPI-owned business; he originally immigrated from India to the United States as a mechanical engineer.
