(Cortland, NY) - Senator Lea Webb presented the New York State Senate Empire Award to SPLAT! Sumthin’ Freestyle Splatter, recognizing the business as a hub of creativity, connection, and community in Cortland County.

Founded as an interactive splatter paint studio, SPLAT! has grown into one of the area’s most unique and inclusive destinations. Visitors can create colorful “mess-terpieces” in a blacklight-illuminated room, using brushes, rollers, sponges, and custom tools. The studio also offers canvases, t-shirts, spin art, and mobile services, ensuring that every experience is both memorable and accessible.
