NYS Senator Lea Webb presented The Corner Brew with a NYS Empire Award. The NYS Empire Award is the highest award a NYS Senator can bestow upon businesses and organizations in their district. 

The Corner Brew has quickly established itself as a cornerstone of community life in the Village of Dryden. Since opening its doors in March 2025 under the leadership of owner Kayla Lane, The Corner Brew has filled a longstanding community need for a vibrant, accessible gathering place. The Corner Brew offers a menu featuring specialty coffee drinks, teas, and fresh food options. Its seasonal offerings include inventive cold brews and unique tea blends that demonstrate a commitment to innovation while maintaining broad appeal. 

Recognizing the evolving needs of the community, The Corner Brew has expanded its impact by developing a dedicated event space adjacent to the café. The business is also deeply rooted in Dryden's history, revitalizing a space of longstanding significance. By preserving elements of the building’s character while introducing new energy and purpose, The Corner Brew contributes to the economic and cultural vitality of the village’s Main Street.
