State Senator Brian Kavanagh convened the Fifth Construction Advisory Committee meeting for the Northwest Battery Park City Coastal Resiliency Project, bringing together residents, community leaders, and government partners to share updates and discuss how ongoing construction is affecting the neighborhood.
