AN ACT to amend the local finance law, in relation  to  authorizing  and
  empowering the county of Rockland to amortize the cost of the targeted
  county retirement program of the county of Rockland

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Paragraph a of section 11.00 of the local  finance  law  is
amended by adding a new subdivision 104 to read as follows:
  104.  PAYMENTS OF A TARGETED RETIREMENT PROGRAM BY THE COUNTY OF ROCK-
LAND INCENTIVE PAYMENTS BY THE COUNTY OF  ROCKLAND  WITH  RESPECT  TO  A
TARGETED RETIREMENT PROGRAM FOR CURRENT EMPLOYEES, TEN YEARS.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
