 AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to making tech-
   nical corrections to such law
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision 1 of section 235 of the vehi-
 cle and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the  laws  of  2021,  is
 relettered paragraph (h).
   §  2. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 1 of section 236 of the vehicle and
 traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the laws of 2021, is  relettered
 paragraph (g).
   §  3. Subparagraph (vi) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 5-a of section
 401 of the vehicle and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the  laws
 of 2021, is renumbered subparagraph (vii).
   §  4.  Paragraph (f) of subdivision 1-a of section 1809 of the vehicle
 and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the laws of 2021, is  relet-
 tered paragraph (g).
   §  5.  Subparagraph (vii) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 1 of section
 1809-e of the vehicle and traffic law, as added by chapter  421  of  the
 laws of 2021, is renumbered subparagraph (viii).
   § 6. This act shall take effect immediately.
