EVENTS, STARTING THIS SATURDAY IN GLENDALE 

It’s a new year and the spring season is almost here, that means more Java with Joe events hosted by State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. These are valuable opportunities for the Senator to meet one-on-one with his constituents over a cup of coffee at a local business and listen to residents’ questions and concerns.

The next Java with Joe of Joe of the season will be held from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Atlantic Diner, located at 111-16 Atlantic Avenue, South Richmond Hill, NY 11419. More Java events will be taking place over the coming weeks and months, with the goal of Senator Addabbo reaching every neighborhood in the district. 

“It is very meaningful to me as an elected official to meet directly with constituents and listen to their concerns. It’s something they should expect from their leaders,” Addabbo said. “I understand that not everyone is available to come to my office on weekdays, which is why I host Java with Joe gatherings on weekends. Establishing personal bonds with the community is so important, and I’m grateful to the local businesses that partner with me so I can conduct these important discussions.”
