AN ACT authorizing the village of Victor, county of Ontario to  transfer
  and  convey  certain  municipally  owned  lands to the town of Victor,
  county of Ontario

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the
village of Victor, county of  Ontario  acting  through  its  legislative
body,  upon such other terms and conditions as may be determined by such
legislative body, is hereby authorized to discontinue the use of certain
municipally owned lands, described in section two of this  act,  and  to
enter into a contract to convey its interest in the real property to the
town of Victor, county of Ontario.
  S  2.  The  real  property authorized to be conveyed by the village of
Victor, county of Ontario pursuant to section one of this act  shall  be
bounded and described as follows:
  ALL  THAT  TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND containing 16,528 acres, situate in
The Phelps and Gorham Purchase, Township 11, Range 4, Town Lot  2,  town
of  Victor,  county  of  Ontario, and state of New York, as shown on the
drawing entitled "Dorchester Park, Section 1, Final  Subdivision  Plat,"
prepared  by BME Associates, having drawing number 2115-13, last revised
May 11, 2004, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
  Commencing at a point said point being the intersection of the center-
line of Brace Road (66' Right-of-Way) with the southerly  boundary  line
of  lands  now  or formerly of Edward J. Angelo (T.A.  No. 28.00-01-51);
thence
  A. S 19°35'42"E, along said  Brace  Road  centerline,  a  distance  of
552.85 feet to a point; thence
  B.  S  19°46'06"E,  continuing  along  said  Brace  Road centerline, a
distance of 247.57 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence

                      [ ] is old law to be omitted.

AN ACT authorizing the village of Victor, county of Ontario to  transfer
  and  convey  certain  municipally  owned  lands to the town of Victor,
  county of Ontario

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. The village of Victor, county of Ontario acting through its
legislative body, is hereby authorized to discontinue the use of certain
municipally  owned  lands,  described in section two of this act, and to
enter into a contract to convey its interest in the real property to the
town of Victor, county of Ontario upon terms agreed upon by the  village
of  Victor  and  the  town  of Victor, for use by the town of Victor for
continued park and recreational purposes. Any revenues received from the
village from the transfer of such property shall  be  used  for  capital
improvements of the existing park and recreational facilities and/or for
the acquisition of additional park and recreational facilities.
  S  2.  The  real  property authorized to be conveyed by the village of
Victor, county of Ontario pursuant to section one of this act  shall  be
bounded and described as follows:
