AN ACT to direct the division of military and naval affairs  to  provide
  for  the establishment of the Plattsburgh Bay New York state veterans'
  cemetery and to direct the division of veterans'  affairs  to  operate
  and maintain such cemetery

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. The division  of  military  and  naval  affairs  is  hereby
directed to provide for the establishment of a veterans' cemetery.  Such
veterans' cemetery shall be known as the "Plattsburgh Bay New York state
veterans'  cemetery"  and shall be located in the Plattsburgh area.  The
division of veterans' affairs is hereby  directed  to  provide  for  the
operation  and maintenance of such veterans' cemetery pursuant to subdi-
vision 12 of section 353 of the executive law.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
