AN ACT to amend chapter 57 of the laws of 2005, amending  the  education
  law relating to establishing a program of capital financing for public
  broadcasting stations, in relation to extending certain provisions

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 2 of part P of chapter 57  of  the  laws  of  2005,
amending the education law relating to establishing a program of capital
financing  for public broadcasting stations, as amended by section 21 of
part B of chapter 57 of the laws of 2007, is amended to read as follows:
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and  shall  be  deemed  to
have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2005, and shall
expire  March 31, [2009] 2010 when upon such date the provisions of this
act shall be deemed repealed.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and  shall  be  deemed  to
have been in full force and effect on and after March 31, 2009.
