NOLAN -- (at request of the State Education Department) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Education AN ACT to amend part C of chapter 57 of the laws of 2004, relating to support of education, in relation to extending certain provisions of such chapter THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 11 of section 94 of part C of chapter 57 of the laws of 2004, relating to support of education, as amended by chapter 2 of the laws of 2011, is amended to read as follows: 11. section seventy-one of this act shall expire and be deemed repealed June 30, [2011] 2014; S 2. This act shall take effect immediately, except if this act shall have become a law on or after June 30, 2011, this act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on and after June 30, 2011. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD08460-03-1
