BILL NUMBER:S1677 TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the executive law, in relation to enacting the "improper payments reporting and reduction act" PURPOSE: The purpose of the Improper Payment Reporting & Reduction Act ("IPRRA") is to reduce the amount of improper payments made by state agencies, and accordingly save taxpayer funds while not reducing services.
