any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the city of Watervliet industrial devel-
opment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of Watervliet
and its successors or assigns.
S 88. Section 925-l of the general municipal law, as added by chapter
623 of the laws of 1980, is REPEALED.
S 88-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Schodack industrial develop-
ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Schodack and
its successors or assigns.
S 89. Section 925-o of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 89-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the village of Horseheads industrial
development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of
Horseheads and its successors or assigns.
S 90. Section 925-x of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 90-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the village of Lake Placid industrial
development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of Lake
Placid and its successors or assigns.
S 91. Section 926-h of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 91-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the village of Keeseville industrial
development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of
Keeseville and its successors or assigns.
S 92. Section 926-n of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 92-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Horseheads industrial devel-
opment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Horseheads
and its successors or assigns.
S 93. Section 926-q of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 93-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Dryden industrial development
agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Dryden and its
successors or assigns.
S 94. Title 5 of article 4 of the public authorities law is REPEALED.
S 94-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, liabilities or obligations of
the Long Island market authority shall vest in and be possessed by
Suffolk county and its successors or assigns.
S 95. Title 70 of article 15-B of the general municipal law is
REPEALED.
S 95-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Troy

urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of Troy
and its successors or assigns.
S 96. Section 904-b of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 96-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the city of Oneida industrial development
agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of Oneida and its
successors or assigns.
S 97. Section 907-c of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 97-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Liberty industrial develop-
ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Liberty and
its successors or assigns.
S 98. Section 908-a of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 98-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the village of Monticello industrial
development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of
Monticello and its successors or assigns.
S 99. Section 923-e of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 99-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the Kent industrial development agency
shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Kent and its successors or
assigns.
S 100. Section 925 of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 100-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the Woodridge industrial development
agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of Woodridge and
its successors or assigns.
S 101. Section 925-e of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 101-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Fallsburg industrial develop-
ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Fallsburg and
its successors or assigns.
S 102. Section 925-u of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 102-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Southampton industrial devel-
opment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Southampton
and its successors or assigns.
S 103. Section 927-c of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
S 103-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest and all
obligations and liabilities of the town of Altamont industrial develop-
ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Altamont and
its successors or assigns.
S 104. Section 882 of the general municipal law, as added by chapter
1030 of the laws of 1969, is amended to read as follows:
S 882. Termination of the agency. Whenever all of the bonds or notes
issued by the agency shall have been redeemed or cancelled, AND ALL
STRAIGHT-LEASE TRANSACTIONS HAVE BEEN TERMINATED, AND UPON RESOLUTION BY
THE MUNICIPALITY FOR WHOSE BENEFIT THE AGENCY WAS FORMED, the agency

shall cease to exist and all rights, titles, and interest and all obli-
gations and liabilities thereof vested in or possessed by the agency
shall thereupon vest in and be possessed by the municipality.
S 105. Separability clause. If any clause, sentence, paragraph,
section or part of this act shall be adjudged by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid such judgment shall not affect, impair or
invalidate the remainder of this act, but shall be confined in its oper-
ation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part thereof
directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have
been rendered.
S 106. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall
have become a law.
